What the AI Symantix Audit Covers: What It Checks for AI Search Visibility and What You Get
The AI Symantix Audit is a paid review of your site for AI search visibility. You get a written review, a prioritized fix list and an hour with me to walk through the findings. It costs $299 to $999, and we agree the scope before any work starts.
It is the deepest of our AI search visibility tools. The free checker reads one page, and the readiness score rates the site in five areas. The audit is where a person follows each problem back to its cause and tells you what to fix first.
It checks six areas and puts the fixes in order. Here is what each part covers and who it is for.
What You Receive in the AI Symantix Audit
The audit delivers three things:
- A written review of your site, so you can read it, share it and come back to it.
- A prioritized fix list, so you know what to do first and what can wait.
- An hour with me, to walk through the findings and answer questions.
Every recommendation in the review is tied to a finding, the data behind it, the page or template affected, the effort involved and the number to watch afterward. Nothing arrives as a loose tip.
The Six Areas the AI Symantix Audit Checks
The audit looks at six areas. The table shows what each one covers and which part of AI search visibility it protects.
| # | Area | What I look at | Part of AI search visibility |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Search demand and page ownership | The questions people ask, and which page is supposed to answer each important one. | Retrieved, and cited |
| 2 | Crawl access and discovery | Crawlability, indexability, canonical signals, redirects and internal links. | Retrieved |
| 3 | Definitions and entities | How the site defines its terms, describes its brand and people, dates its pages and connects its content. | Cited, and accurately represented |
| 4 | Structured data | Whether markup describes the page people can see, uses stable identifiers and meets the rules of any search feature you target. | Cited, and accurately represented |
| 5 | Search Console, analytics and logs | Trends, which queries land on which pages, visits and crawler requests, when that data is available. | How you measure all three |
| 6 | From visit to inquiry | The steps between search exposure, a useful visit and a person getting in touch. | Beyond visibility: whether it becomes business |
The sixth area is the one no checker covers. Visibility that never turns into an inquiry is a number, not a result. On this site a search visibility score rose sixfold and earned nine clicks, and the story is told in What Is a Good Search Visibility Score?. That is why the steps after the visit are part of the audit.
How the AI Symantix Audit Sets Priorities
A long list of fixes is only useful if it is in the right order. The audit sorts by what blocks everything else.
| If the audit finds | It comes first or later | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Blocked crawling or a confused canonical URL | First | Nothing else counts if the right page cannot be reached. |
| Two pages competing to answer one question | Before new content | Publishing more overlapping pages makes the split worse. On this site a four-way split held the term search visibility near position 60. |
| Cosmetic or extra markup | Later | Valid markup can clarify facts, but it cannot guarantee indexing, a rich result or an AI citation. |
| A question the available data cannot answer | Named as a gap | The audit says so, instead of making a confident claim the data cannot support. |
Search Console, Logs and AI Answers Measure Different Things
Search Console shows where Google lists a page. Server logs show which crawlers fetched it. Neither one shows that an AI tool recommended your business, and neither shows that a visitor became a customer.
The audit keeps those questions apart so the work answers the one you actually have. Our five-site crawler study is the long version of why.
What the AI Symantix Audit Does Not Do
- It does not promise an AI citation. Valid markup and clear pages improve the odds, and nobody controls the answer.
- It does not count schema types as if more markup meant more visibility.
- It does not need your passwords. Please do not send passwords or private exports through the form.
How the AI Symantix Audit Differs From the Checker and the Readiness Score
The AI Search Visibility Checker is free, automatic and reads one page. The AI Readiness Score rates the whole site on five areas. The audit takes the same ground and adds search demand, your own Search Console, analytics and log data, the steps to an inquiry, and an hour of conversation about what to do.
Who the AI Symantix Audit Is For
Site owners, publishers, SEO professionals and agency teams who need to decide what to fix next. If you have Search Console or analytics data, it can inform the audit once we agree the scope.
How to Start an AI Symantix Audit
Run the free checker on your most important page first. It takes a minute and shows which problems sit on the page itself. Then tell me what you want the site to do and what is getting in the way. I will reply with the work I recommend and the price.
Get a scope and price for your site
Tell me what you want the site to do and what is in the way. The audit runs $299 to $999, and the scope is agreed first.
