Search Visibility
Also known as: SEO Visibility, Visibility Score, Visibility Index
The share of available clicks a site captures from its rankings. Each target query is weighted by the click-through rate its position historically earns, then expressed as a percentage of what the site would capture holding position one across every query in the set.
The classic calculation covers one surface only: traditional organic rankings. A complete modern reading also has to account for featured snippets, AI overviews, answer engines, and zero-click entity surfaces, which do not move together and are not captured by any single blended score.
