A written review, a prioritized fix list, and an hour with me to walk through the findings. I look at search demand, page intent, retrieval access, entity clarity, structured data, content relationships, and the steps between a visit and an inquiry.
The distinction matters. Search Console can show where Google is surfacing a page. Logs can show which crawlers reached it. Neither tells us that an AI system recommended your business or that a visitor became a lead. I keep those questions separate so the work answers the one you actually have.
What I Inspect
- Query demand, machine-shaped questions, and the page assigned to each important intent.
- Crawl access, indexability, canonical signals, redirects, and internal discovery.
- Definitions, entity descriptions, authorship, dates, evidence, and content relationships.
- Structured data accuracy, visible-page alignment, identifiers, and supported search features.
- Search Console trends, query-to-page relationships, analytics, and server logs when they are available.
- The steps between search exposure, a useful visit, and an inquiry.
Structured Data Audit for AI Search
The structured data review checks whether the markup describes the page that people can actually see, uses stable entity identifiers, connects related records consistently, and meets the policies of any targeted search feature. I do not count schema types as if more markup automatically creates more visibility. Valid markup can clarify facts, but it cannot guarantee indexing, a rich result, or an AI citation.
How Priorities Are Set
Every recommendation is tied to a finding, the evidence supporting it, the page or template affected, the effort involved, and the metric to watch afterward. Critical access and canonical problems come before cosmetic markup. Missing intent ownership comes before publishing more overlapping pages. Measurement gaps are called out when the available data cannot support a confident claim.
What the Evidence Looks Like
On my own site, rising visibility led to a useful contradiction: the pages were getting impressions, but the visits and inquiries needed separate work. You can inspect the five-site crawler study and the visibility-to-inquiry study before asking me to review yours.
Who This Is For
Site owners, publishers, SEO professionals, and agency teams who need to decide what to fix next. If you have Search Console or analytics data, it can inform the audit after we agree the scope. Do not send passwords or private exports through this form.
Start with the free page check
The checker inspects one public page and returns the signals it can observe. It does not measure live rankings or predict AI citations.
